Key responsibilities:

Qualifications and experience:
We are looking for a leader with:

• A degree in business, technical studies, agriculture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the agricultural equipment industry, especially in the pig sector, with a track record of success.
• Proven experience in financial management and budgetary oversight.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful actions.
