At PULS Human Relations, we have chosen to change the word outplacement to transition. We have chosen this to set the right tone for both companies and candidates. Outplacement is about being ‘left out’, whereas Transition focuses on the fact that you are in a transition from one job to the next.
Our mindset is to build people up, so we actively choose to set up some preconditions that support this.
Yes, it is possible to get HR support on an hourly basis. Prices depend on the task you need solved and whether you have or take out a subscription.
