Biogasclean A/S is a European company with headquarter in Denmark, factory in Thailand and sales offices currently in USA, Brazil, and Canada. We are seeking a new Finance Manager for our Head quarter in Odense. Biogasclean is a leading supplier of biological desulphurization and methanation systems with more than 340 plants in operation or under construction in +40 countries.

Responsibilities 
Based at our office in Odense and reporting to our CEO, you will be a part of a strong and experienced management team. Your primary responsibilities encompass: 
 
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning 
• Effective liquidity management strategies 
• Timely and comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting 
• Conducting financial management and analyses for projects and consolidated accounts at the group level 
• Handling VAT reporting and Intrastat compliance 
• Collaborating with external consultants on transfer pricing and corporation tax matters 
• Managing payroll preparation and accounting 
• Compiling materials for board meetings 
• Overseeing monthly group consolidation 
• Administering a portfolio of guarantees 
• Conducting credit assessments for customers and suppliers 
• Spearheading the implementation of new ERP systems, with experience in Oracle NetSuite preferred 
• Rolling out ESG reporting initiatives 
• Streamlining workflows and processes for optimization and quality assurance 
• Liaising with accountants, banks, and other stakeholders 
• Handling ad hoc tasks as needed 
 
Professional Qualifications 
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: 

• Your practical experience counts more than education, but we prefer that you hold a degree as Akademi Merkonom, HD-R or similar. You have a minimum of 5 years' experience from a similar position or as controller in a bigger company 
• Danish and English writing and speaking on a professional level
