STRECON A/S was founded in 2001 as a spin-off from Danfoss and is a midsized dynamic and innovative Danish company – a leading developer and manufacturer of high-strength tool systems and manufacturing press equipment based on the unique reinforcement technology of stripwinding.

Roles & Responsibilities
Direct Sales Manager (DS)
Location: Sønderborg, Denmark, focusing on the DACH region.
You will be spearheading commercial activities for direct sales in the Precision Forging sector – you will forge new customer relationships and expand sales with our existing customer base. You must engage in project development, negotiations, and the creation of technical offers in close collaboration with your colleagues. Part of your role is to focus on delivering monthly sales reports, KPI forecasting, and strategizing sales approaches.
 
Agent Sales Manager (AS)
Location: Sønderborg, Denmark, with a global outreach beyond the DACH region.
We have agents today – your role is to expand and nurture Strecon’ s agent network, aiming to grow from 2 to 20-25 agents.
You must identify and onboard suitable agents, ensuring active engagement and high-performance levels.

We aim to revolutionize our sales approach, emphasizing team selling and strategic customer engagement. The ideal candidates will embody our ethos of owning customer relationships, allowing our technical team to focus on technological advancements.


Desired Background & Skills:
We expect you to have a technical degree in mechanical engineering or similar with at least 5 years of experience in technical direct sales within the automotive industry or industrial manufacturing sector.
Our Agent Sales Manager must have a similar experience as needed for the Direct sales Manager but with an emphasis on agent/distributor sales and a profound insight in the precision forging industry.

Valid for both job positions: You must have well-developed social intelligence, be a strategic thinker, have analytical skills and team spirit as well as a commitment to efficiency and structure. Furthermore, you must possess strong and proven capabilities and experience in strategic selling to industrial customers.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential.
