Our Automation team is part of the Engineering Department, which sits together with the Project Department. In everyday life, we refer to ourselves collectively as the Technical Department. In the Automation team, colleagues are spread across Europe. Currently, we are based in Denmark (1), Czech Republic (1) and Croatia (2). A total of 22 employees are assigned to the Technical Department, the majority of which are located in Vester Aaby on Funen and a smaller part in Motala in Sweden. Your direct manager is located at the office in Motala. 
 
Your role with us 
We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer and part of your work will be to coordinate the team's tasks and be the go-to person for both the team and your colleagues in general. 
 
As a key part of the Automation team, your key tasks will be: 
 
Primarily 

• Programming and commissioning of customer projects 
• Assign automation resources to customer projects 
• Drive internal projects in the field of automation 
• Support your organization in automation 

 
Secondary 

• Be the driving force in the development and documentation of the company's automation solutions together with both internal and external resources 
• Support and develop simple processes for the area 
• If necessary, help others with various tasks 
• Ensure compliance with various laws and regulations 

 
Your profile 
Do you have an education in automation at minimum bachelor level or other relevant technical education such as mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in robotics, or electrical engineering? Then we would like to invite you to put your knowledge into play and drive the development of our automation solutions in our dynamic team.

• Experience with industrial automation and associated standards 
• Good knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal - Programming in TIA Portal, Siemens S7-1500 (LAD/SCL) and HMI 
• Frequency converters (commissioning) 
• Must be able to read electrical drawings 
• EL-CAD-software (tex Eplan, EL-pro CAD, PC skemaer) 
• Good skills in Microsoft Office 
• Fluent in Danish as well as English in speech and writing at a high level. 

 
In addition, you need to 

• Be able to develop and document the company's automation solutions 
• Ensure that automation solutions comply with applicable laws and directives 
• Coordinate resource scheduling of automation resources 
• Provide technical support
